In a few weeks summer season is about to start. Or is it? Haha. Cold treats will soon be a big hit and a known treat loved by all is Ice Cream. But of course, shouldn’t we choose a less “sinful” and yet delightful treat? Like the frozen yogurt, which this post’s recipe can be found in Gemma’s Bigger Bolder Baking Vlog.
Froyos can be a bit expensive than your usual ice cream. But Gemma’s recipe which is quite easier to make is a lot cheaper and fun. Plus you get to enjoy more. I chose to recreate the Banana Chocolate Froyo. Because…chocolate duh! Haha 🍌🍌🍫🍫
*I doubled the ingredients*
4 pcs of frozen solid whole bananas
4 tbsp of honey
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsp of vanilla extract
Simply put all ingredients in the food processor or blender and blend well. Stir occasionally to remove the lumps. Then pour in a tub, let it freeze overnight. Serve and enjoy with fresh fruits or any toppings you choose.
